Quick Corporate has been around for over 20 years and supplies thousands of WA businesses with quality office supplies and canteen products.

Problem:  Even though Quick Corporate had previously invested in the right computer equipment, their internal IT support had failed to correctly install and maintain their server, which resulted in the whole system being very unstable.  

Solution:  Firstly we advised Quick Corporate to separate the current server into two separate servers for better functionality.

We separated their main database, which is absolutely critical to the running of the business, to be hosted on one server whilst moving file sharing, email and printing to be managed from a second server.

We also installed an automated backup and antivirus solution, which are capable of notifying selected people of any impending problems.

With the installation of a remote support facility, phone support and a monthly scheduled maintenance service from Metrowest IT, Quick Corporate was no longer dependent on their internal IT support.  This resulted in savings of tens of thousands of dollars per year for a system that is now very reliable and stable, and utilises the equipment the company already owned.
