Blackwood Partners - Microsoft Small Business Server

Blackwood Partners is a group of Chartered Accountants located in West Perth.

Problem:  Although Blackwood Partners had already invested considerable money into their existing infrastructure, poor configuration and a lack of understanding of Microsoft Small Business Server from existing IT support staff was limiting their systems functionality.

Solution:  The first priority was to bring the server standard up to an acceptable level. To do this Metrowest IT reinstalled Microsoft Small Business Server and configured it from the ground up. This was done without affecting the day-to-day operations of the business.

Once the server was at an acceptable level we then liaised with Blackwood Partners’ Internet Service Provider to fix the existing email and internet problems. We also installed and configured a back up and antivirus solution that was both automated and intuitive.

The end result for Blackwood Partners was a complete network infrastructure that was both reliable and stable.
