Western Process Controls - Wireless Network

Western Process Controls (WPC) is a wholly Western Australian owned and operated company that was formed in 1987 as the Exclusive Fisher Controls representative for Western Australia. They conduct sales, servicing and engineering of Fisher Control valves and regulators. 

Problem:  WPC wanted the ability to have mobile workstations on the factory floor to accommodate the uploading of valve information from the valves, regardless of the location in the factory.

Solution:  We designed and installed a 44mbs wireless network inside the factory which allows wireless access from anywhere in the factory, regardless of the type of equipment present or in use. The wireless solution was installed with 256 bit encryption to secure the network from external intrusion.
